Project Overview
We were originally hired to install custom shades on this home. The client was so pleased with our work, that a year later, he contacted us to improve his AV and home automation system. The reason for the upgrades was clear: Due to the property being so large, the system was too complicated, spreading out over three separate structures.
We came in to make everything more user friendly.
Project Details
Synergy Multimedia studied the home and designed, managed, and installed a new automation scheme. We centralized every single component into a Crestron-controlled system. This included high quality video for both the main property and the guest house.
We also integrated an IP telephone entry system that had been previously installed on two separate gates and reprogrammed the Lutron Homeworks QS lighting system to make it more intuitive of the homeowners’ lifestyle.
As if an easier to use state-of-the art system weren’t enough, we completed the entire project in a matter of weeks.
