Project Overview
This particular project posed a complex challenge for the owner, since it was spaced over the course of five years. During this timeframe, designers, architects, and other trade contractors came and went. However, Synergy Multimedia (now KINETIQ.tech) remained a constant design professional throughout the entire process.
Project Details
The owner had a clear vision about how to turn this penthouse into the perfect home, down to the most minute details of home automation: audio, video, lighting system, automated window fashions, and a security surveillance system.
We are proud to say that Synergy Multimedia was able to deliver in every single one of those aspects. We installed a Crestron Digital Media video distribution system to feed high quality HD video to all TVs in the condo (inside and on outside areas). Crestron Sonnex fed audio distribution from several sources for a truly extraordinary surround sound system. Both components are now able to be fully controlled from an app, as well as the home’s Lutron Homeworks QS lighting system, Lutron Sivoia QS Shades, and the automated security system.
While such a large-scale project would typically seem daunting to other companies, we embraced the opportunity to demonstrate our expertise and attention to detail.
