12th and Midtown

Project Overview

Synergy Multimedia was chosen as the exclusive systems integrator for the entire 12th and Midtown project, a massive mixed-use project in Midtown Atlanta.

Working in cooperation with Daniel Corporation, we brought our expertise to the table on each individual high rise building, comprised of an office building, a high-end hotel/apartment building, a 450+ unit condo building, and a high rise apartment community; with each project requiring different designs, timeliness in construction, and user friendly interfaces for residents and management.

Project Details

We designed and installed a 9-monitor video wall, serving video from well over 450 feet away via fiber optic HD video senders in the lobby of the office building.

We installed amenity audio/video systems in the club rooms and pool rooms of three of the 12th and Midtown buildings, making high-quality audio/video available to the residents, easily controlled by Crestron touchpanels.

In the apartment community, we designed and installed a landscape audio system, completely hidden in the foliage. The sound quality is simply staggering.

In addition, we designed and installed audio/video and automation systems inside several apartment units. We would be happy to supply customer testimonials upon request.
