Project Overview
KINETIQ recently completed a state-of-the-art AV system installation for the common areas of Alexan on 8th in Midtown Atlanta. The luxury residential rental market is incredibly competitive, and our task was to design a system that was not only easy to use for the current residents, but also would impress potential residents in the market for a new intown home. Accomplishing this is never an easy feat, but since we have nearly 20 years in this business, we were able to complete the system on-time and on-budget, and we are gratified to learn that the system is very easy to use for the residents.
Project Details
As with all of our advanced systems, we custom designed a Crestron control and AV distribution system to run the show so that everything works intuitively from the in-wall touchpanels. Sonos streaming music gives Alexan residents the best sound quality whether indoors or out by the pool. All of the sound systems are designed to blend into the decor (or the landscaping!). Large 4K monitors are everywhere so that residents can enjoy watching with neighbors or find their own channels all while enjoying the luxurious amenities. The icing on the cake is many of the rooms allow residents to show content from their iOS or Android devices, whether it is for work or for play.
